Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2-5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (24 to 48 hours), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3to 10 business days depending on your bank’s policies)

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping on all orders unless the shipment is shipped in error or the product is defective.

Original shipping charges paid by buyer will not be refunded with return orders.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the lower 48 states in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some states.

Some orders may be shipped from multiple warehouses and may contain multiple tracking numbers. It may take up to 48 hours in some cases to provide all tracking information for the entire order.

We ship UPS , USPS, and LTL shipments daily. Some items may only be available for in-store pickup.

Some items (INCLUDING RACE TIRES) may not be eligible for free shipping. More details about shipping will be provided at checkout.
